Her strong attention to detail and ability to support both technical and management teams ensure the smooth running of daily operations and the highest standard of professional service.

As the Company Secretary in the accounting and auditing industry, Virosha ensures a firm’s full compliance with the Companies Act and CIPC regulations. With over 10 years of experience in the administrative field as well as within the NPO sector, her role involves maintaining statutory records, coordinating the submission of annual returns, and managing all CIPC-related filings and disclosures.

She supports the board in upholding sound corporate governance and acts as the central liaison between the company, its stakeholders, and regulatory authorities. Her work ensures that the company’s operations remain transparent, accountable, and aligned with both professional standards and legal obligations.

Gillian Ferreira Agrela is currently a senior at Coastal Accounting and has been with the company since February 2017. She completed her training Articles in November 2020. She has a natural knack for accounting and has acquired first-hand experience and has been equipped with a valuable skillset.

With over 27 years of business and financial experience, she has developed strong expertise across FMCG operations and professional services. She has spent the past 15 years within the firm, contributing in management, supervisory and client liaison roles, with a focus on debtors and financial management, and continues to play a key role in supporting clients and the audit team.
